Texas Ranch Target by Virginia Vaughn brings the suspense!

Jaycee Richmond has vital information that she needs to get to Brett Harmon. She knows it’s important, but she can’t remember what it is after she’s attacked and loses her memory. Now she and Brett have to dive into her past to find out how Jaycee is connected to a murder and figure out who is trying to kill her.

I love the pacing of this story, and the romance blends in nicely. There are lots of run-for-your-life moments along with the romantic tension. I recommend the whole series.

I received an ebook review copy of this book through NetGalley. All opinions expressed in this review are my own.

Kidnapped in Texas by Virginia Vaughan gives readers action and excitement from the first page. Abby Mitchell watches a kidnapping happen right in front of her, and she teams up with Luke Harmon to track her niece down. Only Abby’s kept a big secret from Luke for years and Kenzie is more than just her niece.

I love the fast-paced nature of this story. The clock is ticking to find and rescue Kenzie from human traffickers, so the danger and suspense never lets up. I also love the chemistry between Abby and Luke. Abby has a lot to overcome to have Luke in her life again, and Luke has to overcome a lot of hurt to have a relationship with Abby. But because the stakes are so high in finding Kenzie they have to put the hurt aside to work together.

I highly recommend this story for readers that like fast action, relationship drama, secrets, and suspense.

Texas Buried Secrets by Virginia Vaughan takes readers on a wild Texas ride. Deputy Cecile Richardson is burdened with solving a string of murders that look to be related. But the serial killer sets his site on Cecile, and Sherriff Josh Avery is concerned for Cecile’s safety.

I love the complexity of the plot. Cecile struggles with that one case she never solved involving the disappearance of her friend. Josh is still dealing with the death of his wife and the suspicion that he was somehow involved with her death. The two team up to stop a killer, solve two cold cases, and try to stay alive. The romantic sparks turn into flames as Josh tries to protect Cecile.

I highly recommend this story for readers that like complex plots, cold cases and a healthy dose of suspense and action!
