Kidnapped in Texas

Kidnapped in Texas Virginia Vaughan
A kidnapping case reveals a secret that changes everything... After witnessing an abduction, FBI agent Luke Harmon vows to return the teenage victim safely to her aunt, his ex, Abby Mitchell. But Abby has a secret--the girl is their daughter.

Kidnapped in Texas by Virginia Vaughan gives readers action and excitement from the first page. Abby Mitchell watches a kidnapping happen right in front of her, and she teams up with Luke Harmon to track her niece down. Only Abby’s kept a big secret from Luke for years and Kenzie is more than just her niece.

I love the fast-paced nature of this story. The clock is ticking to find and rescue Kenzie from human traffickers, so the danger and suspense never lets up. I also love the chemistry between Abby and Luke. Abby has a lot to overcome to have Luke in her life again, and Luke has to overcome a lot of hurt to have a relationship with Abby. But because the stakes are so high in finding Kenzie they have to put the hurt aside to work together.

I highly recommend this story for readers that like fast action, relationship drama, secrets, and suspense.
