This story reveals more about Casper, the mysterious guy who showed up in the previous novels. He’s basically been given a last chance to stay in the Accountant’s Office program – and he’s exiled to be a cook at a camp where Sara Carlton is also forced to volunteer. Both don’t want to be there but realize the camp has some shady stuff going on. The two become targets of criminals with ties to Sara’s past.

I always love Lisa Phillip’s novels. There’s always crazy twists and intriguing characters. This is a fast paced and exciting story – you probably could read this as a stand-alone, but why not read the entire series? I’m looking forward to the new Brand of Justice series releasing soon!
