Fatal Finale

Fatal Finale Nancy Mehl
When bestselling author Erin Delaney's novel gets picked up for a movie deal, she eagerly awaits her friend Kaely Quinn-Hunter's arrival in Tennessee before they head to California to observe the film's production. However, when Kaely does not arrive at the scheduled time and Erin can't reach her by phone, her concern grows. A cryptic phone call from Kaely's kidnapper confirms Erin's worst fear--she has exactly six days to save her friend's life by solving…

Fatal Finale is an epic conclusion the the Erin Delaney Mysteries series. You might be able to jump into this series in book #3, but I recommend reading the whole series. If you’ve read other Nancy Mehl books, you probably remember Kaely Quinn. In Fatal Finale, Kaely is kidnapped and the kidnapper gives Erin a chance to find Kaely through a series of bizarre clues. Erin is told not to contact the authorities, but Adrian is concerned about Erin and jumps in to help along with Kaely’s husband, Noah. The three team up and race against the clock to track down the culprit and rescue Kaely.

This book is a non-stop action ride. I loved the high intensity and am all for stories with a literal count down clock. Kaely has always been one of my favorite characters and she uses her wits and skills to try and free herself while Erin, Noah, and Adrian pull out all the stops to decipher the clues. Every page is filled with plot twists and danger, and I highly recommend Fatal Finale for any and all suspense fans.
