This story is the definition of a great romantic suspense. It had the perfect balance of both suspense and romance. I definitely felt the danger while the mystery surrounding the murder sucked me into the story. Lots of action kept me flipping pages.

For Fans of Historical Fiction and Drama In a Far -Off Land gives readers a look into all the grit and drama of Hollywood in the 1930’s. I love the plot twists in this book! Lots of red herrings made me think just about anyone could be the culprit.
I have enjoyed the True Color series, which takes crime stories from America’s past and creates a story around the events. The Blue Cloak is set in the late 1700’s in the American frontier.
